In Home & Design, you work with more than interiors — you work with how people live. Located on the 4th floor, next to our rooftop, this is a space where design, function, and atmosphere come together, slightly removed from the bustle below and open to new perspectives.

Here, you work with a curated selection of interior design, furniture, lighting, and décor, ranging from timeless Scandinavian pieces to thoughtful, minimalist solutions found in our MUJI store. The setting invites reflection, inspiration, and conversations that take their time.

As part of the team, you help customers create spaces that feel considered and personal. Through guidance, product knowledge, and a calm, attentive approach, you support everything from small everyday choices to larger interior decisions. Your role is to make design feel accessible, relevant, and meaningful.

Working in Home & Design requires a genuine interest in aesthetics, materials, and how design influences everyday life. You are present on the floor, attentive to each customer, and motivated by delivering service that feels thoughtful rather than transactional.
